The “Life Reboot Programme” (LRP) is a program specifically designed to develop skills and to offer us a tool kit that will empower us to navigate our way through life’s challenges.
We tend to accumulate habits that may no longer be of value to us. Our energy becomes stagnant when we don’t bring enough awareness to those habitual ways. This can cause us to lose touch with the “updates” necessary for our lives.
