1:1 Coaching

The first meeting is free of charge and a supporter is welcome during this meeting. Here a biopsychosocial interview is made to determine the level of help that would best benefit the person struggling with addiction.

The purpose of the 1:1 coaching is to coach through deep pain issues like unresolved guilt and shame, often the root causes of addiction. These meetings are where trust is gained and the person struggling with addiction begins to take ownership of their recovery.

Where: ADCA Centre
When: Drop in or by appointment during open hours
First session free of charge
